Here is an odd one. Ancestry, the online genealogy giant, announces it is participating in the campaign to fight the Covid-19 virus.
By searching to see if your ancestors had it? No. It seems to be a plan to engage those who have taken the Ancestry DNA testing, so that data from the vast DNA databases can be made available to medical researchers who are using DNA to study the new virus.
