Books of the decade?

Heavy reading: the American Chronicle of Higher Education (in an article I found via Arts and Letters Online) asks a number of scholars to get beyond the latest and hottest to consider what might be the best scholarly books of the last decade.

Their choices are not Canadian, and not history, and I'd never heard of any of them, I think. But it made me wonder what might today look like the best scholarly works in Canadian history in the last decade. Not ready to vote myself, yet, but I'd take nominations.
