Stephen Clarkson, political scientist and biographer 1937-2016 RIP

We neglected to note the death last month of Stephen Clarkson, mostly a political scientist, but also co-author with Christina McCall, to whom he was married, of the GG-winning biography Trudeau and our Times ,famous for one of the great first lines -- "He haunts us still."  The Globe has the obit.
