The Memory Project Speakers Bureau, a Dominion Institute-inititated project that facilitates visits by Canadian war veterans to schools, is about to shut down , because the Veterans' Affairs funding for next fall's program remains unconfirmed.
The Dominion Institute has been the best-organized, most-effective NGO ever seen or imagined in the CanHist field. If even the DI cannot get this government and its officials to act on this project, then things are really seized up.
