New Beaver column: Jimmy Gray

The Jan/Feb issue of The Beaver, Canada's historical magazine, went out to subscribers last week, with a nice essay by Lawrence Hill on the "Book of Negroes" that tracked black loyalist immigrants to Nova Scotia in 1784 (he's got a new novel out from HarperCollins with the same title) and much else, including my column on the late great historian James Gray and the recent biography of him by Brian Brennan.
