Corruption in the Franklin ships' search?

The Canadaland journalism site has a very disturbing post about journalist Paul Watson's resignation from the Toronto Star amid allegations that significant details about the discovery of HMS Erebus have been falsified, and that archaeologistsand other historical experts with Parks Canada continue to be silenced and sidelined.

For Watson, this is a journalism story. But it also a story about the possible corruption of a significant Canadian historical inquiry for other purposes. It's about us too.
