(Winner in June.) I've always thought British Columbia is the only part of Canada that could properly support someone named Basil Stuart-Stubbs. Wikipedia hasn't got to him, but BC Bookworld did ("In lieu of flowers, he proposed that friends consider buying a book by a Canadian author or making a donation to a library.")
