Toronto public library debate - Actrivehistory - Carnegie to Atwood?

Another article from ( I think I may have an addiction). With my love of libraries, Andrew Carnegie (his grants built the first free-use library in my hometown and his portrait still hangs in the building) and my softening to Margaret Atwood (sorry, Alias Grace is still boring) I couldn't resist posting this article.

Perhaps Margaret should spearhead a funding campaign to keep open the Toronto branches slated to be closed, at least until the next city council election....
