Who knew a history blog could get... noticed?
Historicist, the weekly blog of Toronto history at the website Torontoist, won Best Blog at the Canadian Magazine Awards last Friday. Props to Jamie Blackburn, Kevin Plummer, and David Wencer for all the love and attention they lavish on it.
Last week the magazine editors association awarded Canada's History the runner-up in the Best Magazine of its size.
